ELECTRICITY

• When the exhibition does not plan for space between booths, sub-distribution electrical panels may be located within your booth area, even if no electricity has been ordered.

• Apart from 120-volt outlets, please note that the Centre de foires supplies electricity at 208 and 600 volts. Any other voltage requested will incur additional costs. Please specify the voltage, the number of phases, and attach a plan, photo, or detailed description of the connector(s).

• If no connector is available, please make sure to include the connection fees necessary so that an electrician can arrange for the hookup.

• Any device and/or equipment requiring an electrical connection must have its cable located outside the device and ready for connection.

• By default, electricity is supplied from floor traps in the Centre de foires. If you wish to have your outlet(s) supplied from the ceiling, rigging fees will apply. Please contact us for details.

WATER

• Water supply is provided through a ½-inch conduit. Please ensure you have the necessary adapter; otherwise, connection fees will apply for each piece of equipment.

• Conduits come exclusively from floor traps.

NATURAL GAS

• For each piece of equipment requiring a natural gas connection, it is very important to indicate the BTU consumption of each.

RIGGING

• If the item you wish to suspend exceeds 80 lbs / 36 kg or appears large in size, please contact us. Whenever possible, attach a plan or description of the rigging.

• No rigging will be performed for any order received less than 4 hours before the aisle carpets are installed or 4 hours before the exhibition opens.

• SOLOTECH reserves the right to approve the compliance of hoists and installation by an exhibitor using their own rigging equipment or that of their own supplier.

• Rigging accessories such as steel cables, slings, etc., are included only with the rental of manual or motorized chain hoists.

• During dismantling, Solotech will lower the suspended equipment belonging to the exhibitor inside their booth space. The exhibitor is responsible for retrieving their own equipment.

AUDIOVISUAL

• Subject to equipment availability at the time of order. Solotech will contact the client in case of unavailability.

• Electricity and rigging fees are not included unless otherwise specified.

• No rigging of audiovisual equipment will be performed for any order received less than 4 hours before the aisle carpets are installed or 4 hours before the exhibition opens.
