Please read the instructions below before continuing:

ELECTRICITY
• When the exposure does not provide space between kiosks, the Sub-distribution electrical panels may be in your location even if no electrical service or equipment has been ordered. 
• Electrical distribution panels located on the exposure floor must be accessible at all times. In the event that an exhibitor blocks the accessibility of a Panel, it is his responsibility to provide a passage through its location (removable wall, hatch, etc.). In the event of a breakdown or any other problem, Solotech would be obliged to require the Exhibitor to give immediate access to the risk of dismantling his kiosk.
• In addition to the 120 Volt Sockets, please note that the power supply of the trade fair centre is 208 and 600 volts. Any other voltage required will incur additional costs. For any electrical control, please specify the voltage, the number of phases and attach a plane, a photo or a detailed description of the connector (or connectors). 
• If your device does not have a connector, be sure to select the "direct connection" option so that an electrician comes to connect. No direct connection by the customer is allowed. 
• Any appliance and/or equipment requiring an electrical connection must have its cable on the outside of the unit, ready to be connected. 
• Note that by default, the power supply of the fairs Center comes from the floor hatches. If you want one or more power supplies to the ceiling, a hanging charge will apply. Please order an electrical supply for each ceiling power supply (additional charge) in addition to ordering each applicable power outlet.
• The sharing of electricity between kiosks is prohibited, except in the case of adjacent kiosks owned by the same exhibitor. In no case can the customer's electrical distribution cross an aisle, the kiosk of another exhibitor or the space of the Promoter.

Hanging & Rigging

• You must order a snap for each required banner/rigging point (additional charge). The price of a banner/point includes the mounting and dismantling time.

• If the module you wish to hang weighs:

• less than 10 lbs/4.5 kg: No Additional accessories required
• between 10 and 50 lbs/4, 5kg and 22, 5kg: Steel cables will be required
• more than 50 lbs/over 22, 5kg: one or more lifting devices (manual or motorized chain hoist) will be required. Contact us if this is your case.

- Orders received less than 4 hours before the aisle mats are installed or 4 hours before the exhibition opens will not be hung.

• Solotech reserves the right to approve the conformity of the hoist and the installation of the Exhibitor having its own rigging equipment or that of its supplier.

• Rigging accessories such as steel cables, slings, etc., are included only with the rental of manual or motorized chain hoals. 

- When picking up your booth at the end of the show, Solotech is in no way responsible for the storage or delivery of the banner if the exhibitor has to leave before the end of the dismantling. 

Water
• The water supply is made with a 1/2 "hose. make sure you have the necessary adapter without which a connection fee will apply for each device. 
• Ducts are exclusively located in the floor (floor traps).

NATURAL GAS
• For each equipment that requires a natural gas connection, it is very important to indicate the BTU consumption of each.

• The availability of equipment depends on the date of the order. Solotech will contact the customer in case of unavailability.

• Electricity and hanging charges are not included in the AV equipment order unless otherwise noted (see packages).

• No hanging will be made for any order received less than 4 hours before the aisle mats are installed or 4 hours before the exhibition opens.
